Winter (Pre-Conference) – December 28th ad deadline (Published in January)

Summer (Pre-Conference) - May 16th ad deadline (Published in June)

Fall - September 7th ad deadline (Published in October) 



Advertisements must be provided digitally.  If ad is presented in a camera ready format, there will be an additional charge to convert to digital file. 

Our printer can accept the following programs in either Macintosh or PC formats:

  • Adobe InDesign CS 6.0 (or CC saved as IDML file)
  • Adobe Illustrator CS 6.0
  • Adobe Photoshop CS 6.0
  • Adobe PDF files are acceptable but must have fonts embedded, set for CMYK output and 300 dpi resolution
  • Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft Word files are also accepted (previous formats are preferable)

By completing this purchase, you are hereby authorizing the insertion of your ad into the Michigan Police Chiefs Magazine for distribution in hard copy and electronic format to the membership and subscribers of the MACP.  Ads must be forwarded to the MACP by the ad deadline noted above.  It is agreed that the publisher reserves the right to insert any recent copy for said advertiser, if the advertiser has not submitted a new ad to the publisher by the ad deadline noted above.  The MACP has sole discretion over placement of ads within the magazine.

This order is not subject to cancellation except by mutual agreement of both parties.
